Wash your bundles at least every 2-3 weeks, using asulphate and paraben-free shampoo and condition. Going any longer than a month without washing your hair can cause matting and excessive product buildup.
For some extra TLC add a paraben and sulphate-free deep conditioner mask to your hair. Leave it to penetrate for at least 12-24 hours. This will restore the soft and silky feel in your hair. Avoid putting conditioner on the knots of your frontal or closure. This can loosen them over time and cause shedding. Instead apply it at least an inch away from your knots and only on areas of your lace where there is product build up.
Use hair oils and shine serums to keep your bundles nourished and shiny. However, these types of products should be used sparingly as too much can give your hair a greasy look.
