Important

Important: Customers are not advised to book any hair appointments or hair consultations without receiving and fully inspecting their orders. We will not be held liable for any missed/delayed/cancelled appointments.  

All our delivery times are estimates, and while we do our best to meet them, there may be occasional delays. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind when placing your order.

Processing Times

Please be aware that during busy seasons, strike periods, public holidays, and other exceptional periods, shipping times may vary.

We do not ship parcels on Sundays.

Ready-to-ship/In Stock products:

We strive to dispatch all ready-to-ship orders within two business days, with no additional processing time (unlike made-to-order products with a 21-32 day processing period). All products of this nature will not have a 21-32 working days processing time stated in it's description box.

Pre-Order / Custom / Made-To-Order Products:

For the purposes of this policy, the terms “pre-order,” “custom order,” and “made-to-order” may be used interchangeably. These terms refer to products that are sourced or produced through our manufacturers specifically after a customer has placed an order, rather than items currently held in our ready-to-ship inventory.

Some of our products may be available both as ready-to-ship items and as pre-order items, depending on current stock availability. If a product or product option is labelled “Pre-Order” at the time of purchase, this means the item is not currently available in our ready-to-ship inventory and will instead be sourced or produced through our manufacturers once the order has been placed.

This may also apply to products that are typically part of our standard in-stock range. When stock is unavailable, those items may temporarily be offered on a pre-order basis.

Because these items are sourced based on the specific selections made at checkout, such as length, texture, and quantity, they fall under our pre-order processing timeframe of 21–32 business days before dispatch.

Any product labelled “Pre-Order” in its product description or at checkout will follow this processing timeframe, regardless of whether the item is usually stocked.

By placing an order for a pre-order item, customers acknowledge and agree to this processing timeframe before completing their purchase.

Due to the nature of pre-order and made-to-order sourcing, these items cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified once the order has been placed and production or sourcing has begun, unless the item is faulty or not as described, in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Once your parcel has been shipped its expected delivery date will depend on your region:

Incorrect Mailing Address
We are not responsible for any incorrect or missing mailing address details provided by the customer. Please ensure that your address is entered correctly at checkout.

 

Lost/Missing Parcels

Once the package has been delivered and confirmed by our shipping carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft of your package. We do not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the courier.

 

Customs/Duties
The Hair Collective is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local postal service for more information. You are responsible for covering any customs fees or duties incurred when shipping to your destination.
Please do not refuse delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the courier return fee. Any refund will be minus the total delivery and return costs.
