How Custom & Pre-Orders Work
Some of our bestselling units and longer lengths can sell out quickly. To give customers the opportunity to still secure these styles, we offer a Custom & Pre-Order system for selected products.
This allows you to place an order for pieces that are not currently available in ready stock but can still be prepared specifically for you.
1. When Pre-Orders Are Available
Some products may only be available through our Custom & Pre-Order Collection when they are not currently in ready stock.
This may include (but not limited to):
• Bestselling units that sell out quickly
• Longer lengths, typically 34–40 inches
• Limited collections
• Discontinued styles that are still available upon request
2. Made-To-Order Pieces
This collection also includes items that are created specifically upon request, such as:
• Build-A-Wig units
• Clip-Ins
• The Brown & Ginger Collections
• New styles such as our Ombre Collection and more
These pieces are made to order and are not available for immediate dispatch.
3. Order Placement
Once your order is placed, your unit will be prepared or sourced specifically for you. Because of this, custom and pre-order units are not eligible for same-day dispatch.
4. Production Timeline
Each pre-order unit requires additional preparation time because it is created specifically for your order.

Once your unit has been completed, your order will be shipped and tracking details will be provided.
5. Securing Your Preferred Style
If the length, texture or style you want is not currently in stock, pre-ordering is the best way to secure it.
This ensures your unit can still be prepared for you even when ready stock is unavailable.
